Cabbage of Accuracy

Wondrous Item, Uncommon This enchanted vegetable will hit whatever target its thrower wills it to within a 50 ft range. While it will never miss its mark, it will also never cause harm to its target.

Kevin had bet 100 gold pieces that he could sink the cabbage into a bucket on the street from the roof of the two-story inn. As the patrons shouted and jeered at him, he began to wind up his throw. After hurling the cabbage into the night sky, a smile crept on to his face as he thought of all the delicious devil’s cake he could buy with his winnings.

I've always said that if I could have a superpower I would choose the ability to throw things with supreme accuracy. It just seems like a nifty thing to be able to do...so why not make a magic item out of it? I also like items that have a lot of use outside of combat scenarios. The caveat of being unable to harm others seemed like a good way to encourage this further.
