The inspiration for today's magical item came directly from my own desperate need to clear a little head space. When life gets hectic it's important to find some time for yourself to just collect your thoughts, and that's no different in the fantasy world! In between the dragon slaying and wizard thwarting, let your characters have some time to relax and practice their deep breathing.
