Wondrous item, Rare (Requires attunement) These boots have 4 charges. While wearing them you may use a bonus action to speak their command word, expending a charge, to activate their effect. Once activated, magical blades of ice form along the sole of the boot increasing your movement by 15. Additionally, while using the effect of this item you may cross bodies of water that can be frozen. The effects last for a number of rounds equal to 4+ your dexterity modifier. The boots regain 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn.

Hailing from the frigid north, Tamara grew up skating across frozen rivers and lakes. She had become quite proficient in the art, so much so that she often found herself struggling to ambulate normally. Fed up with her inability to walk as gracefully as she skated, she ventured to find a powerful shaman to help. The result of her journey was a pair of magical ice skates that would glide across any terrain.
