Wondrous Item Rare Two discs work together to create the effects of this item. One disc, sporting a topaz, acts as an anchor point while the other functions as an activator. The location that the anchor is placed becomes the destination to which the activator sends the user.
The artificer Wivurit became frustrated with having to travel such long distances from his workshop to town and back simply to purchase materials and provisions. Inspiration struck and soon his pocked sized teleportation circle was created, and his travel time was halved…now if only he could get the cat to stop playing with and moving the anchor.

Today's magical item is as powerful as it is convenient. Have ready made escape plans at your fingertips without the tedium of the teleportation circle spell. Perhaps the item is a bit overpowered in games that follow the handbooks to a T, but I think that the creative uses out way the balance issues. If your players are getting off easy by using it too much then who knows, maybe a malfunction will send them somewhere unexpected.
I'm glad that you stopped by to check out today's blog post! Check out the backlog if you haven't for nearly 30 magical items!
